Workshop

NWC/AI for Work & Career

Discover practical ways AI can help reduce everyday mental load, organise family life and make routine tasks easier.

This practical session focuses on using AI at home and in family life.

Participants will explore ways AI can support planning, organisation and everyday problem-solving without handing over their own judgement or responsibility.

We will work with real-life examples such as meal planning, family schedules, household organisation, school-related tasks, research and everyday admin.

The focus is on reducing unnecessary mental load and creating more time and headspace for the things that matter.

Registration is managed by Nottingham Women's Centre. Book in advance at NWC Reception — phone 0115 941 1475 or email reception@nottinghamwomenscentre.com.
