Workshop
NWC/AI for Home & Family
A hands-on beginner workshop where you will start using AI for yourself, learn how to ask better questions and understand how to use AI safely.
This is the first practical workshop in the AI for Everyday Life series.
Participants will move from understanding AI conceptually to actually using it.
We will set up or access an AI assistant, explore how conversations with AI work, and practise giving clear instructions and prompts.
The session also covers important foundations around privacy, accuracy and critical thinking, so participants understand both the possibilities and limitations of AI from the beginning.
You will leave with practical experience using AI and a foundation you can build on throughout the rest of the programme.
Registration is managed by Nottingham Women's Centre. Book in advance at NWC Reception — phone 0115 941 1475 or email reception@nottinghamwomenscentre.com.
