NWC/AI for Everyday Life — Welcome & Introduction to AI
A relaxed introduction to AI and the six-week AI for Everyday Life series. Meet Lea, explore what AI can realistically do, and discover how it may support your everyday life.
This opening session is designed as a friendly introduction to the AI for Everyday Life programme.
We will explore what artificial intelligence actually is, where it already appears in everyday life, and how women can begin using it with more confidence and intention.
There is no technical knowledge required. The session is designed to create space for questions, concerns and curiosity before the practical workshops begin.
The core idea behind the programme is AI — Amplifying Intention: AI becomes most useful when you know what you are trying to achieve. The stronger the intention, goal or plan behind it, the more useful the technology can become.
Participants will also get an overview of the five practical workshops that follow and have the opportunity to identify the areas of their own lives where AI may be most useful.
Registration is managed by Nottingham Women's Centre. Book in advance at NWC Reception — phone 0115 941 1475 or email reception@nottinghamwomenscentre.com.
